Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will have entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during transit. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) with an intact product is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Contact@gyrzone.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will evaluate if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. Please note we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. GYRZONE is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
