Order Processing Times

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

For detected address issues, our team will email you to verify the details within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery
At GYRZONE, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

- Customs clearance delays for international shipments
- Courier service issues
If there’s a delay, we’ll work with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. While we are not liable for delivery delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and provide assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once your package is handed over to the courier, it’s beyond our control. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at Contact@gyrzone.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
You may also file a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen packages, as they may require additional information from you. While GYRZONE is not liable for such incidents, we will support you by following up with the courier.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered. In cases of theft, filing a police report is also recommended.
